Products
Do the products are made with natural leather?

No, the Beblau products don’t use natural leather, it is synthetic leather. All our materials are free from animal suffering.

What color options do you have?

At the moment, all Beblau products are available only in one color combination: gray + yellow.
But we are working on new ones. Stay tuned!

Shipping and delivery
How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?

Order preparation takes from 24h to 48h.
Delivery time will vary depending on your country Zone (see below). Please note that it may vary depending on your local postal service.
Zone 0 – Belgium, Switzerland, UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Holland: 3-5 business days
Zone A – Austria, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, Jersey Island, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Sweden: 5-8 business days
Zone B – Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia, Turkey: 8-10 business days
Zone C – Canada, México and United States: 5-14 business days
Zone D – Rest of the world: 8-21 business days

Currently, due to COVID-19 situation shipments might experience some delays.

My tracking link does not work, what should I do?

It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to begin working. In case it is still not working after 24 hours, please contact us at hello@beblau.com.

Can I change the shipping information of my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes in shipping information once an order has been processed.
In case you need to modifiy the shipping address, we suggest you to contact the courier and provide them with your tracking details. Check the tracking link we provided you to find out the courier information.

Return Policy and Warranty
Does the price include duty?

Additional duties and taxes might apply in some countries and are not covered by Beblau. Import taxes are solely customer’s responsibility, which are charged by the local Customs Office and country regulations, and beyond our control. We suggest you to contact your local custom authorities for more details.

What should I do if I received a damaged product?

Beblau unconditionally guarantees that all products we manufacture and sell through our webpage must be free from defects of workmanship. If one of our products is not in perfect conditions, please contact our support team following these simple steps:

1) Write to hello@beblau.com from the same mail you did your order.

2) Subject “Damaged Beblau + Your Name”.

3) Specify the model of the damaged Beblau product.

4) Explain what’s wrong.

5) Attach photos where product defects are clearly visible.

Please note the following limitations:

• We won’t accept returned orders if the item has been worn or damaged by the client.
• Only items purchased in www.beblau.com will be subject to return or change. For purchases on other sites, please contact directly the seller where the product was purchased.
