Shipping & Returns
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Depending on product availability and payment verification, orders will be shipped within the next 2-3 working days. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays, will be processed the following business day.
Delivery Time Shipments may take from 3-5 business days in USA and from 6-10 business days for Canada and Mexico it may vary depending on local postal service.
All shipments to USA, Mexico and Canada are made from our USS warehouse located in Charlotte, NC.
Currently, due to COVID-19 situation shipments might experience some delays.
Tracking of Shipment
You will receive an email notification about the shipping status of your order. Every time a package is sent, the courier notifies the shipping state by email. Check your SPAM messages 24 hours after making the order if you have not received any mail yet.
*For orders made on Friday after 2PM (CET) until Sunday, tracking number will be sent on Monday.
BEBLAU DESIGN S.L. distributor, Diamond Bell, LLC is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. Please contact your country’s customs office to calculate import cost. All orders are shipped to the address provided to us during the online purchase. Distributor, Diamond Bell, LLC cannot responsible for failed shipments due to the wrong address or if the courier can not deliver the package by absence or any other reason. If your order is returned to us due to a wrong shipping address or any other reason, we will notify you and gladly resend it to you at additional shipping cost.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after original purchase date for unused products. We can refund the total price you paid for the product if you have made the purchase at www.beblau.com/us. In order to initiate a return, you will have to request the authorization by writing to our support team following these simple steps:
- You must communicate that you want to cancel the purchase writing to email@example.com from the same mail you did your order.
- Subject “Refund Beblau + Your Name”.
- Specify the model of the Beblau product.
- Explain what’s wrong.
- Buyer’s signature.
We will provide you the instructions to formalize the return.
For purchases on other sites, please contact directly the seller where the product was purchased.
To prepare your package for shipping, please make sure that the returned Beblau products are carefully wrapped, and they must meet the following conditions before shipped out:
- Brand new, original condition.
- The original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Provide us with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost returned products.
Important: Packages that do not comply with these instructions will not be suitable to effective refund. Return shipping costs and additional duties and taxes are not covered by Beblau.
Once we receive your beblau product back at our warehouse, we’ll inspect the condition of your package. When its conditions are approved, we’ll issue your refund back to your account. Please kindly allow two weeks to process your refund. We always refund the money to the bank account/credit card you used for the order.
