Beblau Warranty

Two Years Limited Warranty

All our Beblau products have two years warranty, provided always that the product is used in normal conditions and for the stipulated purpose. You should not overload your beblau product, store objects that should not go there, or place it on larger items than recommended. If in a beblau product you put more products than those recommended or you put it on a device that is not stipulated, the materials may stretch excessively, lose the original shape, and the seams may be damaged.

Damage caused by regular use of the product, such as stains, burns, or rough usage are not cause for replacement and will not be recognized as covered by the warranty.

This limited warranty sets forth all Beblau Design responsibilities regarding your product. There are no other expressed or implied warranties from Beblau Design.

For the warranty to be valid, the product must have been purchased through the Beblau Design website or one of our authorized resellers, and you must provide proof of purchase.

The Beblau Design warranty works in parallel with the applicable consumer protection law.

Warranty Service Provided

If you purchased the product new from Beblau Design official website or a retail vendor, Beblau Design warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. This warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and continues for two (2) years for the original owner. Beblau Design makes no warranty to any person except to the original purchaser of the product from a retail or on-line vendor.

Warranty Service Not Provided

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, improper use of the product, its natural wear or any modification done. This warranty is voided in the event any unauthorized person alters or repairs the product.

All Beblau Design products being returned for repair must be suitably packaged with all original parts included.

What to Do for Warranty Service

During the first fourteen (14) days, a product is eligible for over-the-counter exchange. If you have purchased your product through www.beblau.com, you can request a refund directly writing to  hello@beblau.com. You must communicate that you want to cancel the purchase. We will provide you the instructions to formalize the return.

For purchases on other sites, please contact directly the seller where the product was purchased.

Return shipping costs and additional duties and taxes are not covered by Beblau. Provide proof of the date of purchase and all the original packing and graphic materials within the package.

To prepare your package for shipping, please make sure that the returned Beblau products are carefully wrapped, and they must meet the following conditions before shipped out:

  • Brand new, original condition.
  • Undamaged.
  • Unaltered.
  • The original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Important: Products received that do not meet these conditions, will not be suitable to effective refund. Products received damaged as a result of shipping will require you to file a claim with the carrier prior to repair. A product received with missing parts or with damage due to abuse, inadequate packing modification or some other noncompliance with this limited warranty will be returned to you. Provide us with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost returned products.

After fourteen (14) days, if your product is defective, you must fill in the form that appears in the warranty section. Once we receive the form and our department evaluates the information, we will contact you with the instructions to make the warranty effective. Your product will be repaired or replaced if examination by the service center determines the product is defective.

Note: A product received which was not made by Beblau Design or which is not defective as determined by our test procedures will not be repaired and will be returned to you.

Please retain your sales receipt, the carton, the packing materials, and the printed material.

To Obtain Warranty Service

Follow the instructions from www.beblau.com on the Warranty and fill the form. Once we receive the form, our service center we will determine if the product is defective, in this case, we will contact you to follow the instructions to make the warranty effective.
