Shipping policy
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Depending on product availability and payment verification, orders will be shipped within the next 24h to 48h. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays, will be processed on the following business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery time will vary depending on your country Zone (see below). Please note that it may vary depending on your local postal service.
Zone 0 – United States, Belgium, Switzerland, UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Netherlands: 3-5 business days
Zone A – Austria, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, Jersey Island, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Sweden: 5-8 business days
Zone B – Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia, Turkey: 8-10 business days
Zone C – Canada and México : 5-14 business days
Zone D – Rest of the world: 7-21 business days

Tracking of Shipment
You will receive an email notification about the shipping status of your order. Every time a package is sent, the courier notifies the shipping state by email. Check your SPAM messages 24 hours after making the order if you have not received any mail yet.
*For orders made on Friday after 2PM (CET) until Sunday, tracking number will be sent on Monday.
Important
Beblau Design is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. Please contact your country’s customs office to calculate import cost. All orders are shipped to the address provided to us during the online purchase. Beblau Design is not responsible for failed shipments due to the wrong address or if the courier can not deliver the package by absence or any other reason. If your order is returned to us due to a wrong shipping address or any other reason, we will notify you and gladly resend it to you at additional shipping cost.
